Operating Regulations for Mud Pumps
由于泥浆泵只有在连续正常的工作情况下,才能使泥浆泵发挥更高的工作效率.因此在日常使用泥浆泵时,要有合理的工期安排,严格的管理制度.才可使用泥浆泵.下面为您介绍泥浆泵的操作规程.
As mud pumps can only work in a continuous and normal way, they can play a more efficient role. Therefore, when using mud pumps in daily life, it is necessary to have a reasonable schedule and strict management system. Only mud pumps can be used. Here are the operating rules for mud pumps.
一、起动前检查.各连接部位要紧固;电动旋转方向应正确;离合器灵活可靠;管路连接牢固,密封可靠,底阀灵活有效.
1. Check before starting. The connecting parts should be tightened; the electric rotation direction should be correct; the clutch is flexible and reliable; the pipeline connection is firm, the seal is reliable, and the bottom valve is flexible and effective.
二、液下泥浆泵起动前,吸水管、底阀、泵体内需要注满引水,压力表缓冲器上端注满油.
2. Before starting the submerged mud pump, the suction pipe, the bottom valve and the pump body need to be filled with water, and the upper end of the pressure gauge buffer needs to be filled with oil.
三、用手转动,使活塞往复两次,无阻梗且线路绝缘良好时方可空载起动,起动后,待运转正常再逐步增加载荷.
3. Rotate the piston by hand so that it can start without load twice without obstruction and good line insulation. After starting, the load will be gradually increased until the piston is in normal operation.
四、运转中应注意各密封装置的密封情况,必要时加以调整.拉杆及副杆要经常涂油润滑.
4. In operation, attention should be paid to the sealing condition of each sealing device, and adjustments should be made when necessary. The pull rod and auxiliary rod should be lubricated with oil frequently.
五、运转中经常测试泥浆含沙量不得超过10%.
5. The sediment content of mud must not exceed 10% during operation.
六、有几档速度的泥浆泵为使飞溅润滑可靠,应在每班运转中将几档速度分别运转,时间均不少于30秒.
6. In order to make splash lubrication reliable, mud pumps with several speeds should run at different speeds in each shift for no less than 30 seconds.
七、严禁在运转中变速,需变速时应停泵换档.
7. It is strictly forbidden to change gears in operation. Pump should be stopped to shift gears when changing gears.
